CS Standards

  • Style: Google C# Style Guide.
  • Tooling: Roslyn analyzers, dotnet-format, xUnit + Moq.
  • Modern C#: Enable Nullable Reference Types (<Nullable>enable</Nullable>). Use record for immutable DTOs.
  • Idioms: Leverage pattern matching and LINQ where it improves readability.
  • Async: Use async/await for all I/O. Suffix async methods with Async.
  • Architecture: Constructor injection for Dependency Injection.
