它做什么

Claude 会扫描你的技能文件夹、项目仓库和 CLAUDE.md 文件，检查技能新鲜度、项目活动状态和指令漂移，还会 SSH 连接 Mac Mini 检查服务状态，最后生成一份审计报告并写入今日笔记。

什么时候触发

当你询问生态健康、技能或项目状态、系统基础设施，或说出“什么坏了”、“我的设置怎么样”等话，或输入“/ecosystem”、“audit my ecosystem”等命令时触发。

装好后可以这样说

触发全面审计，报告技能、项目、Mac Mini 状态。

重点检查技能新鲜度和损坏的符号链接。

执行完整审计并追加摘要到每日笔记。
