安装后，当需要迁移记忆时，Claude 会读取旧提供商的记忆存储，提炼出持久信息（如身份指令、用户偏好），然后写入新提供商的存储格式，并重启群组。它不会移动原始文件，只复制并去重。
什么时候触发
当你说“migrate memory”、“legacy memory”或“the agent forgot everything after the switch”时触发。通常在你切换了群组的提供商（如从 Claude 切换到 Codex）后使用。
